Agency principal and co-owner at Finnicum Hometown Insurance, Denise has many years of experience in the insurance industry. In 2009, she became a licensed property and casualty insurance agent, and in 2011 became office manager at Finnicum Insurance.

Denise strives to provide insurance coverage to the residents and businesses, in and around Magnolia, Stark County, and Ohio. She coordinates a staff that supports her efforts in providing personalized customer service for her clients. To continually provide more to her clients, she became a licensed life insurance agent in 2016.

Denise has resided in the Sandy Valley community area all her life and is a graduate of Sandy Valley, Class of 1983. Denise recently married Douglas Baum, a Pike Township trustee, and they reside in East Sparta. Her daughter, Alexis, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ashland University in Fashion Merchandising and currently resides in Cuyahoga Falls and is employed by Target as a merchandiser.

In her rare and occasional free moments, Denise enjoys camping, train trips, photography, and NASCAR. She also treasures her family time with Alexis and Doug.
